Our story
Deli Twist was born from a simple conviction: that truly good bread and pastry — made with time, skill, and honest ingredients — should be part of everyday London life.
Our bakers trained across Europe's finest kitchens before bringing their craft here. Every croissant is cold-proofed for 72 hours. Every sourdough loaf is stone-baked from a starter we've maintained for over a decade.
We work with small British farms and specialist importers to source flour, dairy, and chocolate that we can truly stand behind. Quality isn't a talking point for us — it's the reason we get up at 4am.
